Service on community councils is not for those who want an exciting life but for someone in my situation the council elections of 2017 created on opportunity. Standing for the position of councillor would get people looking at this website and the more people who knew what was going on the easier my job would be. I wasn't expecting to get elected but as there were more spaces on the council than there were candidates I became Councillor McArthur. That certainly caused a stir, and got even more people looking at the website.

Some councillors wanted to meet the Dyfed-Powys police commissioner. That suited me very well as it would give me the chance to hand over the case against the CCRC in the presence of several councillors. In October 2017 I discovered that it wasn't the Police Commissioner who was coming to see us but the Chief Constable so at the meeting with him on 23rd October in front of the Town Council I stated that the CCRC had perverted the course of justice and handed him the evidence you see on this website.

I don't expect any action to be taken until I push a lot more buttons but my objective has already been achieved. More and more people are finding out what is going on and that makes it a lot easier to move Campaign for Democracy forward.
