There are only two documents in this case. The first on the left is a witness statement made by Julie King and as can be seen no allegations of any substance are made that cannot be shown to be inaccurate. The second on the right is a copy of the document sent to the Court of Appeal. Much of it has been redacted for legal reasons.

As can be seen by examining the documents this is another case that would not have gone to court if the evidence had been properly analysed by the police and Crown Prosecution Service.
