This page is intended for journalists researching the scandal. There are a large number of documents on this page so it is not ideal for mobile viewing.

On this page you can read all the documents relevant to the assault case and see that the extraordinary claims I make are true. Tables 1 and 3 are the key documents as these prove the allegations made against me were false. To verify this claim for yourself simply open the tables and cross reference the extracts to the relevant page and highlighted section.

All the witness statements on this page were collected by the police and given to the Crown Prosecution Service.

In 2008 two people, George Stooke-Vaughan and Julie King accused me, Graham McArthur of assaulting Stooke-Vaughan. The police were called and they both made witness statements for the police. Table 1 compares their statements to the statements made by four independent prosecution witnesses and other evidence. As you can see every claim they make can be shown to be false.

Table 2 compares Graham McArthur's version of events to the statements of the four independent witnesses. As it is possible for him to alter his claims to suit the written evidence made in these statements it should be ignored!

Table 3 compares the statements made by Stooke-Vaughan and King to the written statement made by the doctor who examined Vaughan after the incident. Vaughan's claims are shown to be false or exaggerated.

The analysis in these notes goes into more depth than is in the witness statements as it includes information regarding the location of the incident and the witnesses. These notes support Graham McArthur's claim that he was framed by Stooke-Vaughan and King.
